Johnnie is a second-year medical student at the University of Minnesota and a lab researcher. He completed his Bachelor's degree at the University of Mary, taking a couple of gap years before entering medical school. His research interests are in innovative biomedical science, focusing on neurological diseases and disorders. Outside the lab, Johnnie enjoys basketball, hanging out with friends, and taking his golden doodle to the dog park.
